HIstory of the Deadwood Council

The original name of the Council was "the Forces of the Unforgiving," it's original Marshal, Ted Branson, appointed by none other than Otis himself. Officers at the time inclued Snax DuPont, Cowboy and Venus Wilde. The Forces provided security at Inner Circle meetings, transport, and delivered judgements of the Inner Circle.

The second incarnation occurred back in 2007 when security was again needed for Inner Circle meetings. Rage was concerned that some members of Inner Circle were bringing their dates along with them and decided to put an end to it. Conferring with members of his own Inner Circle, the Circle Circle Circle, he appointed Maddog "Marshal" and head of security. He soon appointed Angie-to-die-for and Justice as his deputies. Cowboy was retained from the Forces of the Unforgiving and was given the rank of Field Marshal, reporting directly to Rage. Journey was soon appointed Commissioner.

Marshal Maddog wore his badge with pride, announcing himself always, even at A.A. meetings as "Marshal Maddog!" One of the only members with a car, Marshal Maddog did rescues, kept order at meetings, and unfortunatlely, gave outsiders the impression that Rage had his own gestapo.

At one point, Marshal Maddogg came at odds with Patience, the Director of Operations for Wellness and her man, Ram, the Commissar of the First Tribe; both put protection orders on the other parties. Karma Committee was convened and Patience and Ram were relieved of their positions. Not long after, Maddog grabbed Butterflies behind and was offered retirement as a Field Marshal.

Under Journed and Running Deer, the Sky Marshals, or "Project Anaconda" was created and secret agents of the Council were appointed. The activities of Anaconda are sealed and ergo cannot be retold in this document.

In December of 2008, Rage was arrested for drinking and sentenced to six months. At this point the current incarnation of Deadwood died, save for Marshal Running Deer and Field Marshal Dolphin, who were put in reserve.

Deadwood came to life in the Southern Tribe in 2014 when Matty Daddy was appointed Commissioner. A flag marshal, Pip and a deputy, Chrissy were quickly appointed but nothing got done. Halifax took a turn at Commisioner in december that year, but again, nothing happened. Anaconda reared it's head in the Southern Tribe, but again, it's activities are sealed.

As of this writing, Field Marshal Dolphin has taken it apon herself to reorganize the council. May the Source be with her.
